Ingredients

Add boiling water to shopping list 2 1/2 cups boiling water

Add (8 serving size) Jell-O Strawberry flavored gelatin mix to shopping list 1 (8 serving size) Jell-O Strawberry flavored gelatin mix

Add cold orange juice to shopping list 1 cup cold orange juice

Add (8 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained to shopping list 1 can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained

Add (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained to shopping list 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in water completely; about 3 minutes. Stir in cold juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened slightly.

Stir in fruit. Spoon into mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
