Cheesy Pecan Roll

Yield: 8-10 servings

Ingredients

Add (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to shopping list 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Add steak sauce to shopping list 2 teaspoons steak sauce

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add garlic powder to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Add boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and finely chopped to shopping list 3/4 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and finely chopped

Add minced celery to shopping list 2 tablespoons minced celery

Add minced onion to shopping list 1 tablespoon minced onion

Add toasted pecans, finely chopped to shopping list 1/2 cup toasted pecans, finely chopped

Add assorted crackers to shopping list assorted crackers

Directions:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, steak sauce, salt and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in the chicken, celery and onion. Shape into a 9 inch long log. Roll in pecans.

Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
