Easy Cherry Pudding

Yield: Makes 9 servings

Ingredients

Add butter or margarine to shopping list 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Add sugar to shopping list 1 cup sugar

Add flour to shopping list 1 cup flour

Add baking powder to shopping list 2 teaspoons baking powder

Add milk to shopping list 3/4 cup milk

Add (1-lb.) Stokely's Finest Red Sour Pitted Cherries to shopping list 1 can (1-lb.) Stokely's Finest Red Sour Pitted Cherries

Add sugar to shopping list 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

In 9-inch square pan, melt butter or margarine.

In bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Mix until well blended. Pour over melted butter; do not stir. Pour undrained cherries over batter; do not stir. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over cherries; do not stir.

Bake at 325 F. for 1 hour.
