Chips and Cheese Ball

Ingredients

Add sharp cheddar cheese, grated (room temperature) to shopping list 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated (room temperature)

Add Roquefort cheese, crumbled, (room temperature) to shopping list 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese, crumbled, (room temperature)

Add cream cheese (room temperature) to shopping list 1/2 pound cream cheese (room temperature)

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Add freshly grated onion to shopping list 2 Tablespoons freshly grated onion

Add cayenne pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Add crushed potato chips, any flavor, divided to shopping list 1 1/4 cups crushed potato chips, any flavor, divided

Directions:

Blend cheeses together with mixer or pastry blender.

Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed potato chips.

Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered. Chill well.

Chilling enhances the flavor of this cheese ball. Make it ahead and refrigerate or freeze (thaw completely before serving).
