Bleu Cheese Hatch Chile Sliders

Yield: 8 sliders

Ingredients

Add lean ground beef to shopping list 1/4 pound lean ground beef

Add Roquefort cheese, crumbled to shopping list 1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled

Add Melissa's Hatch Chiles (sub Anaheim Chile for mild heat) roasted, peeled, seeded, diced to taste to shopping list 3 Melissa's Hatch Chiles (sub Anaheim Chile for mild heat) roasted, peeled, seeded, diced to taste

Add Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste to shopping list Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Add sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, halved horizontally to shopping list 8 sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls, halved horizontally

Directions:

Prepare a hot grill.

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the dinner rolls, until well mixed. Form the meat into 8 small patties.

Grill the patties on the hot bbq until desired doneness.

Serve on the dinner rolls with your favorite condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, relish, tomato, onion, etc.).

Hawaiian sweet rolls are a great vessel for these petite burgers.
