Crab Pesto Salad

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

check linguine pasta, uncooked 6 ounces linguine pasta, uncooked

check prepared pesto sauce 1/3 cup prepared pesto sauce

check (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained 1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained

check large tomato, diced 1 large tomato, diced

check fresh basil, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

check Parmesan cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with pesto sauce. Place pasta on serving plate.

Sprinkle crabmeat and tomatoes over pasta. Garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese.
