Sour Creamed Green Beans

Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Ingredients

Add onion, thinly sliced to shopping list 1 onion, thinly sliced

Add Parkay margarine to shopping list Parkay margarine

Add (10-oz.) frozen green beans, thawed, drained to shopping list 2 pkgs. (10-oz.) frozen green beans, thawed, drained

Add dairy sour cream to shopping list 1 cup dairy sour cream

Add flour to shopping list 1/4 cup flour

Add salt to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add ( 4 oz. ) shredded Kraft Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese to shopping list 1 cup ( 4 oz. ) shredded Kraft Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese

Add soft bread crumbs to shopping list 1 cup soft bread crumbs

Directions:

Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine. Add to combined beans, sour cream, flour and seasonings; mix lightly. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese; top with crumbs tossed with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes.
