Crispy and Crunchy Tuna

Ingredients

Add (1 lb. 4-oz.) Dole Sliced Pineapple in Juice to shopping list 1 can (1 lb. 4-oz.) Dole Sliced Pineapple in Juice

Add ( 7-oz. ) Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained to shopping list 1 can ( 7-oz. ) Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained

Add (11-oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained to shopping list 1 can (11-oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained

Add medium cucumber, peeled, scored and sliced to shopping list 1 medium cucumber, peeled, scored and sliced

Add chopped green onion to shopping list 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Add Crisp salad greens to shopping list Crisp salad greens

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1 cup mayonnaise

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Add curry powder to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Directions:

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 Tbs. juice. Break large chunks of tuna with a spoon. Toss tuna, oranges, cucumber and green onion. Spoon onto each of 5 salad plates lined with crisp salad greens. Arrange 2 slices pineapple over each. Combine reserved juice, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Spoon over each salad to serve.
