Deviled Ham Stuffed Tomatoes

Serve with hot blueberry muffins and ice tea!

Yield: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

Add (4 1/2-oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham to shopping list 2 cans (4 1/2-oz.) Underwood Deviled Ham

Add (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese to shopping list 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese

Add chopped pimiento-stuffed olives to shopping list 1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

Add chopped onion to shopping list 2 tablespoons chopped onion

Add medium tomatoes, cut inot quarters, to within 1/4 inch of bottom to shopping list 4 medium tomatoes, cut inot quarters, to within 1/4 inch of bottom

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, cheese, olives and onion. Spoon mixture into center of tomatoes. Chill.
