Caesar Salad Dressing

Yield: Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

Add corn oil to shopping list 3/4 cup corn oil

Add fresh lemon juice to shopping list 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Add large clove ( 1 tsp. ) minced garlic to shopping list 1 large clove ( 1 tsp. ) minced garlic

Add anchovy paste to shopping list 1 tablespoon anchovy paste

Add Dijon mustard to shopping list 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Add sugar to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Add salt to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Add grated Parmesan cheese to shopping list 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. In blender ( or jar with lid ) place all ingredients except cheese. Blend 1 minute ( or shake vigorously ). Stir in cheese. 2. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
