Cran-Apple Sweet Potato Packets

Ingredients

Add (18x24 inches) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil to shopping list 1 sheet (18x24 inches) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Add med sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices to shopping list 4 med sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices

Add Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples, cored, thinly sliced into rings to shopping list 2 Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples, cored, thinly sliced into rings

Add dried cranberries or raisins to shopping list 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Add packed brown sugar to shopping list 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Add margarine or butter, melted to shopping list 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Add ground cinnamon to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 F. or preheat grill to medium-high. Center sweet potatoes, apples and cranberries on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Combine margarine and cinnamon; drizzle over brown sugar. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes on cookie sheet in oven or grill 20 to 25 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender, in covered grill.
