Shrimp Cocktail Spread

Ingredients

Add Knox unflavored gelatin to shopping list 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin

Add milk to shopping list 1/2 cup milk

Add (4 oz.) shrimp, drained to shopping list 3 cans (4 oz.) shrimp, drained

Add cocktail sauce to shopping list 1 cup cocktail sauce

Add sour cream to shopping list 1 cup sour cream

Add horseradish to shopping list 2 tablespoons horseradish

Add chopped green onions to shopping list 1/3 cup chopped green onions

Add Ritz Crackers to shopping list Ritz Crackers

Directions:

Sprinkle gelatin over milk in small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Stir gelatin over low heat until completely dissolved, about 3 minutes. Set aside. Blend shrimp, cocktail sauce, sour cream and horseradish in food processor until smooth. Gradually add gelatin mixture until well blended. Stir in green onions. Pour mixture into 4 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold into serving dish and serve with crackers.
