Hungarian Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

Add ground chuck to shopping list 1 lb. ground chuck

Add small onion, chopped to shopping list 1 small onion, chopped

Add beef broth to shopping list 1/2 cup beef broth

Add prepared mustard to shopping list 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Add tomato paste to shopping list 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Add fine noodles, cooked and drained (according to package directions) to shopping list 3/4 cup fine noodles, cooked and drained (according to package directions)

Add sour cream to shopping list 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Cook meat in a large skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until no pink remains. Drain. Stir in onion; cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Blend in broth, mustard and tomato paste. Bring to boil; lower heat and cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream very slowly to prevent curdling. Continue to heat gently, but do not allow to boil. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
