Grilled Cheese Salsa Sandwiches

Yield: 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

Add cheddar cheese to shopping list 4 slices cheddar cheese

Add wheat or white bread to shopping list 8 slices wheat or white bread

Add salsa to shopping list 1/2 cup salsa

Add Monterey Jack cheese to shopping list 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Add butter, softened to shopping list 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:

Spread outside of sandwiches with butter.

Place cheddar cheese slices on the inside of 4 slices of bread.

Spread each with about 2 tablespoons salsa. Top with Monterey Jack cheese slices and remaining slices of bread.

Heat 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
