Lemon Fruit Dip for Apple Slices

Ingredients

Add cream cheese with pineapple to shopping list 1/4 cup cream cheese with pineapple

Add (8 oz.) lemon yogurt to shopping list 1 container (8 oz.) lemon yogurt

Add dried fruit bits to shopping list 1/4 cup dried fruit bits

Add large apples, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice to shopping list 2 large apples, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice

Directions:

Place cream cheese in small bowl; mix at low speed with mixer until softened. Add yogurt; mix at low speed until well blended. Stir in fruit bits. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soften and plump fruit bits. Serve dip in individual bowls with apple slices.
