Orange Baked Chicken

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients

Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts to shopping list 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Add minced onion to shopping list 1/3 cup minced onion

Add paprika to shopping list 3/4 teaspoon paprika

Add rosemary to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

Add salt to shopping list 1 teaspoon salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Add flour to shopping list 2 tablespoons flour

Add orange juice to shopping list 2 cups orange juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange chicken in a large baking pan, not overlapping. Sprinkle with onion, paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper. Whisk flour with orange juice until it is blended and there are no lumps. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until tender and juices run clear. Baste occasionally with pan juices while chicken is cooking. Serve sauce with chicken.
