Ingredients

Add (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry to shopping list 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

Add (12 oz.) sour cream to shopping list 1 pkg. (12 oz.) sour cream

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1 cup mayonnaise

Add vegetable soup mix to shopping list 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix

Add chopped fresh mushrooms to shopping list 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

Add green onions, finely chopped to shopping list 3 green onions, finely chopped

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, mushrooms and onions; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
