Italian Spinach Salad

Ingredients

Add (6 oz.) fresh spinach to shopping list 1 pkg. (6 oz.) fresh spinach

Add green onion, thinly sliced to shopping list 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Add hard cooked egg, chopped to shopping list 1 hard cooked egg, chopped

Add bacon strips, cooked and crumbled to shopping list 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Add Italian salad dressing to shopping list 3 tablespoons Italian salad dressing

Add shredded Parmesan cheese to shopping list 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a large salad bowl, toss spinach, onion, egg and bacon. In a microwave bowl, heat salad dressing on high for 30-45 seconds or until warm. Pour over the salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
