Grilled Orange and Honey Chicken Strips

Ingredients

Add boneless chicken breast halves, each cut into 3 strips to shopping list 6 boneless chicken breast halves, each cut into 3 strips

Add butter, softened to shopping list 2 Tablespoons butter, softened

Add Zest of one orange to shopping list Zest of one orange

Add orange juice to shopping list 2 Tablespoons orange juice

Add green onion, finely chopped to shopping list 2 Tablespoons green onion, finely chopped

Add cilantro leaves, finely chopped to shopping list 2 Tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped

Add honey to shopping list 1 Tablespoon honey

Directions:

Thread three strips of chicken onto each of 6 skewers.

In a small bowl, stir together butter, orange zest, orange juice, onion, cilantro and honey. Brush about half the basting sauce on all sides of the chicken; let stand about 15 minutes.

Barbecue on grill about 15 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce as needed.
