Add chopped cooked chicken to shopping list 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Add fresh pineapple chunks or 1 can (8 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained to shopping list 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or 1 can (8 ounce) pineapple tidbits, drained

Add chopped peanuts to shopping list 1 cup chopped peanuts

Add celery, chopped to shopping list 2 stalks celery, chopped

Add sour cream to shopping list 1/2 cup sour cream

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Add peanut butter to shopping list 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Add curry powder to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Add salt to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add Lettuce leaves to shopping list Lettuce leaves

Directions:

Stir together chicken, pineapple, peanuts and celery.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, peanut butter, curry powder and salt; stir into chicken mixture until evenly moistened. Cover and chill before serving.

To serve, spoon salad onto lettuce lined plates.
