Goulish Punch

Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

Add boiling water to shopping list 2 cups boiling water

Add (8-serving size) Jell-O lime flavored gelatin to shopping list 1 (8-serving size) Jell-O lime flavored gelatin

Add cold orange juice to shopping list 2 cups cold orange juice

Add cold seltzer to shopping list 1 liter cold seltzer

Add Ice Cubes to shopping list Ice Cubes

Add Orange sherbet, slightly softened to shopping list 1 pint Orange sherbet, slightly softened

Add orange, thinly sliced to shopping list 1 orange, thinly sliced

Add lime, thinly sliced to shopping list 1 lime, thinly sliced

Directions:

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice. Cool to room temperature.

Just before serving, pour gelatin mixture into punch bowl. Add cold seltzer and ice cubes. Place scoops of sherbet and fruit slices in punch.
