Sweet and Sour Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Add broccoli florets to shopping list 4 cups broccoli florets

Add peanuts to shopping list 1 cup peanuts

Add raisins to shopping list 1 cup raisins

Add chopped onion to shopping list 1/2 cup chopped onion

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1 cup mayonnaise

Add cider vinegar to shopping list 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

Add granulated sugar to shopping list 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the broccoli, peanuts, raisins and onion.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over the vegetables and toss to coat.
