Ingredients

Add broccoli florets to shopping list 6 cups broccoli florets

Add cauliflowerets to shopping list 6 cups cauliflowerets

Add cherry tomatoes, halved to shopping list 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Add large red onion, sliced to shopping list 1 large red onion, sliced

Add (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced to shopping list 1 can (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced

Add ranch salad dressing mix to shopping list 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

Add vegetable oil to shopping list 2/3 cup vegetable oil

Add vinegar to shopping list 1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, onion and olives. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine dressing mix, oil and vinegar; shake well. Pour over salad and toss. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
