Transform any steak into a tender and flavorful delicacy

Ingredients

Add flank steak to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs flank steak

Add OR London broil to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs OR London broil

Add OR chuck steak to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs OR chuck steak

Add OR strip steak to shopping list 1 1/2 lbs OR strip steak

Add cooking sherry to shopping list 1/2 cup cooking sherry

Add soy sauce to shopping list 1/2 cup soy sauce

Add vegetable oil to shopping list 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 1 clove garlic, minced

Add ground ginger to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:

Score steak in criss-cross pattern on both sides.

Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish. Marinate steak covered, for several hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.
