Ingredients

Add reduced-fat Alfredo pasta sauce to shopping list 1/2 cup reduced-fat Alfredo pasta sauce

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add garlic, finely chopped to shopping list 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Add cooked tricolor rotelle pasta to shopping list 4 cups cooked tricolor rotelle pasta

Add frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (from 1 lb. bag), thawed and drained to shopping list 2 cups frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (from 1 lb. bag), thawed and drained

Add (12 oz.) tuna in water, drained to shopping list 1 can (12 oz.) tuna in water, drained

Add seasoned croutons to shopping list 1 cup seasoned croutons

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F.

Mix Alfredo sauce, eggs and garlic in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2-inches. Stir in pasta, vegetables and tuna. Press lightly in baking dish.

Cover and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with croutons.
