Ingredients

Add beef porterhouse to shopping list 4 beef porterhouse

Add OR T-Bone steaks to shopping list 4 OR T-Bone steaks

Add red pepper, seeded and quartered to shopping list 1 red pepper, seeded and quartered

Add yellow pepper, seeded and quartered to shopping list 1 yellow pepper, seeded and quartered

Add green pepper, seeded and quartered to shopping list 1 green pepper, seeded and quartered

Parsley Pesto:

Add packed fresh parsley leaves to shopping list 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 4 cloves garlic, minced

Add olive oil to shopping list 3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Place pesto ingredients in food processor and blend until finely chopped. Spread pesto on steaks and peppers. Grill steaks and peppers on medium heat for 14-16 minutes or until steaks are grilled to desired doneness and peppers are tender, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
