Mexican Layered Dip

Ingredients

Add ground beef to shopping list 1 lb. ground beef

Add taco mix to shopping list 1 pkg. taco mix

Add (16 oz.) refried beans to shopping list 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans

Add (8 oz.) cream cheese to shopping list 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Add (16 oz.) sour cream to shopping list 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

Add (16 oz.) salsa to shopping list 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa

Add (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese to shopping list 1 pkg. (16 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1st Layer: Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco mix and refried beans and stir together. Spread on serving platter.

2nd Layer: In separate bowl, blend together cream cheese and sour cream. Drop by tablespoon onto ground beef mixture.

3rd Layer: Drop salsa by teaspoonful onto cream cheese mixture.

4th Layer: Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over top to cover.
