Jalapeno Avocado Salad

Ingredients

Add medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed to shopping list 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed

Add medium tomatoes, chopped to shopping list 2 medium tomatoes, chopped

Add medium onion, chopped to shopping list 1 medium onion, chopped

Add jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped to shopping list 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

Add lime juice to shopping list 1 cup lime juice

Add sugar to shopping list 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Add torn salad greens to shopping list 8 cups torn salad greens

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the avocados, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and lime juice; let stand for 5 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Stir sugar into reserved juice; add to avocado mixture and toss to coat.
