Oreo Mud Pie

Ingredients

Add Oreo cookies, divided to shopping list 26 Oreo cookies, divided

Add butter, melted to shopping list 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Add Chocolate ice cream, softened to shopping list 1 pint Chocolate ice cream, softened

Add Coffee ice cream, softened to shopping list 1 pint Coffee ice cream, softened

Add heavy cream, whipped to shopping list 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Add Planters walnuts, chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup Planters walnuts, chopped

Add fudge ice cream topping to shopping list 1/2 cup fudge ice cream topping

Directions:

Finely crush 12 cookies; mix with butter in bowl; press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Stand remaining cookies around edge of pie plate. Freeze for 10 minutes. Carefully spread chocolate ice cream into prepared crust. Scoop coffee ice cream with small ice cream scoop, arranging scoops in a single layer over chocolate layer. Cover and freeze for 4 hours. Top pie with whipped cream, walnuts and fudge topping.
