Honey Baked Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

Add large Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced to shopping list 8 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced

Add (16 oz.) Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices to shopping list 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices

Add honey to shopping list 1 1/3 cups honey

Add water to shopping list 4 tablespoons water

Add cinnamon to shopping list 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Add butter to shopping list 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

Arrange apples and sausage in a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine honey, water and cinnamon; mix well. Pour over apples and sausage. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 40 minutes, basting with pan juices occasionally.
