Tomato and Mozzarella Caprese

Ingredients

Add tomatoes, sliced 1/4- inch thick to shopping list 1 pound tomatoes, sliced 1/4- inch thick

Add balsamic vinegar to shopping list 1 ounce balsamic vinegar

Add fresh basil leaves, packed to shopping list 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

Add sliced mozzarella cheese to shopping list 12 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese

Add dried oregano to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Add Salt to taste to shopping list Salt to taste

Add Pepper to taste to shopping list Pepper to taste

Add olive oil to shopping list 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

On a large platter, arrange sliced tomatoes. Drizzle with vinegar. Sprinkle basil over tomatoes. Place sliced cheese over top of tomatoes. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper on cheese and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with breadsticks if desired.
