Ham and Swiss Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients

Add boneless chicken breast halves to shopping list 4 boneless chicken breast halves

Add Swiss cheese to shopping list 4 slices Swiss cheese

Add cooked deli ham to shopping list 4 slices cooked deli ham

Add pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add honey mustard dressing, divided to shopping list 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing, divided

Directions:

Flatten each chicken breast half to 1/4-inch thickness. Place cheese slice and ham slice on center of each chicken breast; roll up. Secure with small metal skewers. Sprinkle with pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup of the honey mustard dressing. Cover and grill chicken rolls for 15-20 minutes, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Serve chicken rolls with reserved dressing.
