Microwave Haddock Fillets

Ingredients

Add haddock fillets, about 6 oz. each to shopping list 4 haddock fillets, about 6 oz. each

Add sour cream to shopping list 3/4 cups sour cream

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Add milk to shopping list 3 tablespoons milk

Add prepared mustard to shopping list 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Add dill weed to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed

Directions:

Cut fish into serving size pieces; place in ungreased microwave safe shallow dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Drain liquid. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and dill; drizzle 1/2 cup over fish. Microwave, uncovered, for 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve over rice with remaining sauce.
