Ingredients

Add apricot nectar, chilled to shopping list 1-1/2 cups apricot nectar, chilled

Add vanilla ice cream to shopping list 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Add non-fat dry milk powder, optional to shopping list 1 tablespoon non-fat dry milk powder, optional

Add granulated sugar to shopping list 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Add whipped topping, optional to shopping list whipped topping, optional

Directions:

In a blender, combine apricot nectar, ice cream, milk powder (if desired) and sugar. Cover and process until smooth. Stir if necessary.

Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately.
