Orange Molasses Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

Add frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed to shopping list 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Add molasses to shopping list 2 tablespoons molasses

Add onion powder to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Add salt, to taste to shopping list salt, to taste

Add pepper, to taste to shopping list pepper, to taste

Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts to shopping list 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Add hot cooked fettuccine to shopping list hot cooked fettuccine

Directions:

For glaze, stir together orange juice, molasses and onion powder; set aside.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4-5 inches from the heat for 6 minutes. Brush with some of the glaze. Turn chicken and brush with the remaining glaze.

Broil for 6-9 minutes more or until the chicken is no longer pink. Serve with sauce and hot fettuccine.
