Currant Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

Add apple juice to shopping list 1/3 cup apple juice

Add currant jelly to shopping list 3 tablespoons currant jelly

Add cornstarch to shopping list 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Add salt to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon salt

Add dried crushed marjoram to shopping list 1/8 teaspoon dried crushed marjoram

Add boneless chicken breast halves to shopping list 6 boneless chicken breast halves

Add boneless, skinless chicken breast halves to shopping list 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:

For sauce, combine apple juice, currant jelly, cornstarch and salt in small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat.

Stir in marjoram. Place chicken on the grill rack. Grill for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and basting with the sauce halfway through cooking time.

Brush remaining sauce over chicken before removing from the grill and serving.
