Marinated Artichoke Salad

Ingredients

Add (14 oz.) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and quartered to shopping list 1 can (14 oz.) water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

Add medium tomato, cut into wedges to shopping list 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

Add green pepper, chopped to shopping list 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

Add red onion, chopped to shopping list 1/3 cup red onion, chopped

Add prepared Italian salad dressing to shopping list 1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the artichokes, tomato, green pepper and onion. Drizzle with salad dressing; toss to
coat.
