Zesty Orange Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1 cup mayonnaise

Add orange juice to shopping list 1/2 cup orange juice

Add dried basil to shopping list 2 teaspoons dried basil

Add ground ginger to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed to shopping list 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

Add rotini pasta, cooked and drained to shopping list 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained

Add (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained to shopping list 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Add chopped pecan pieces to shopping list 1/2 cup chopped pecan pieces

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange juice, basil and ginger. Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
