Add (20 oz.) pineapple chunks to shopping list 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks

Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts to shopping list 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Add minced garlic to shopping list 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Add butter to shopping list 2 tablespoons butter

Add salt to taste to shopping list salt to taste

Add medium onion, quartered to shopping list 1 medium onion, quartered

Add Dijon mustard to shopping list 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Add Worcestershire sauce to shopping list 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Add crumbled marjoram to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon crumbled marjoram

Add black pepper to shopping list 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Drain pineapple, reserving juice; set aside.

Brown chicken and garlic in butter in large skillet. Sprinkle chicken with salt; add onion to skillet; saute until soft. Stir in reserved pineapple juice, mustard, Worcestershire, marjoram and pepper. Spoon over chicken. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Add pineapple; heat through and serve.
