Ingredients

Add chili powder to shopping list 4 teaspoons chili powder

Add oregano to shopping list 1-1/2 teaspoons oregano

Add cumin to shopping list 3/4 teaspoon cumin

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Add boneless pork chops to shopping list 6 boneless pork chops

Directions:

Combine the chili powder, oregano, cumin and garlic; rub over both sides of pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Grill for 5-10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
