Frozen Banana Pineapple Cups

Yield: 9-12 servings

Ingredients

Add water to shopping list 3 cups water

Add mashed, ripe bananas (5-6 medium) to shopping list 2-2/3 cups mashed, ripe bananas (5-6 medium)

Add sugar to shopping list 1-1/2 cups sugar

Add (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained to shopping list 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Add (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed to shopping list 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions:

In a 2 quart freezer container, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and freeze for 5 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
