Ingredients

Add large eggs, well beaten to shopping list 6 large eggs, well beaten

Add (12 oz.) evaporated milk to shopping list 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk

Add salt to shopping list 1 teaspoon salt

Add pepper to shopping list 1 teaspoon pepper

Add (30 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded to shopping list 1 package (30 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded

Add (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded to shopping list 1 package (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded

Add medium onion, chopped to shopping list 1 medium onion, chopped

Add small green pepper, chopped to shopping list 1 small green pepper, chopped

Add fully cooked ham, diced to shopping list 1 cup fully cooked ham, diced

Directions:

Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60-65 minutes or until set.
