Pear And Candied Pecan Salad

Ingredients

Add pecan halves to shopping list 1/4 cup pecan halves

Add sugar to shopping list 2 tablespoons sugar

Add (10 oz.) mixed salad greens to shopping list 1 package (10 oz.) mixed salad greens

Add Bartlett pear, cored and thinly sliced to shopping list 1 Bartlett pear, cored and thinly sliced

Add dried cranberries, sweetened to shopping list 1/4 cup dried cranberries, sweetened

Add blue cheese, crumbled to shopping list 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled

Add Salad dressing of choice to shopping list Salad dressing of choice

Directions:

Cook pecans with sugar in small skillet over medium high heat for 3 minutes or until sugar melts and pecans brown slightly, stirring constantly. Remove from pan; let cool.

Toss salad greens, pear slices, pecans, dried cranberries and cheese with dressing of choice and toss to coat.
