San Antonio Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1/2 cup lemon juice

Add barbecue sauce to shopping list 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Add envelope taco seasoning to shopping list 1 envelope taco seasoning

Add boneless, skinless chicken pieces to shopping list 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken pieces

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine juice, barbecue sauce and taco seasoning; mix well. Arrange chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over chicken. Seal bag or cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Grill, bake or broil chicken as desired until fully cooked.
