Garlic Bean Dip

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

Add (15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained to shopping list 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained

Add cider vinegar to shopping list 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 2 cloves garlic, minced

Add salt to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add cumin to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Add mayonnaise to shopping list 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Add fresh parsley, minced to shopping list 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

Directions:

In a food processor, combine the beans, vinegar, garlic, salt and cumin; process until almost smooth. Add mayonnaise and parsley; cover and process just until blended. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
