Ingredients

Add cauliflower florets to shopping list 2 cups cauliflower florets

Add (11 ounce) Mandarin oranges, drained to shopping list 1 can (11 ounce) Mandarin oranges, drained

Add green pepper, chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

Add large radishes, sliced to shopping list 2 large radishes, sliced

Add fresh torn spinach to shopping list 4 cups fresh torn spinach

Add (5 ounce) evaporated milk to shopping list 1 can (5 ounce) evaporated milk

Add orange juice concentrate to shopping list 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, oranges, green pepper, radishes and spinach. Pour milk in a small bowl; gradually whisk in orange juice concentrate. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate leftovers.
