Add lemon peel, grated to shopping list 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated

Salad:

Add baby spinach to shopping list 4 cups baby spinach

Add deli smoked turkey breast, cubed to shopping list 2 cups deli smoked turkey breast, cubed

Add fresh strawberries, sliced to shopping list 1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Add (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained to shopping list 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained

Add red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings to shopping list 2 slices red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings

Dressing:

In small saucepan, combine jelly, vinegar and lemon peel. Cook over medium high heat until jelly is melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 minutes.
