Ingredients

Add eggs to shopping list 4 eggs

Add milk to shopping list 1/4 cup milk

Add red bell pepper, coarsely chopped to shopping list 1/2 cup red bell pepper, coarsely chopped

Add fresh spinach to shopping list 1/4 cup fresh spinach

Add Salt (to taste) to shopping list Salt (to taste)

Add Pepper (to taste) to shopping list Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, red bell pepper, spinach, salt and pepper and stir to blend.
