Coffee Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

Add eggs to shopping list 2 eggs

Add sugar to shopping list 1-1/3 cups sugar

Add (13 oz.) Pet Evaporated Milk to shopping list 2 cans (13 oz.) Pet Evaporated Milk

Add whole milk to shopping list 1 cup whole milk

Add vanilla to shopping list 1 tablespoon vanilla

Add instant coffee to shopping list 2 tablespoons instant coffee

Add boiling water to shopping list 1/4 cup boiling water

Add chopped pecans to shopping list 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, milk and vanilla. Dissolve coffee in boiling water. Add to milk mixture. Refrigerate until well chilled. Pour into ice cream freezer container. Churn and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. When ice cream is finished, stir in pecans.
