Chili Quesadilla

Ingredients

Add 10 to 12 -inch prepared flour tortillas to shopping list 2 10 to 12 -inch prepared flour tortillas

Add (15-oz.) Hormel Chili (with beans or no beans ) to shopping list 1 can (15-oz.) Hormel Chili (with beans or no beans )

Add chopped onion to shopping list 1 tablespoon chopped onion

Add garlic powder to shopping list 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Add green chilies, chopped to shopping list 2 teaspoons green chilies, chopped

Add Monterey Jack cheese, grated to shopping list 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Add Cheddar cheese, grated to shopping list 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Add Red onion rings to shopping list Red onion rings

Directions:

Bake tortillas in 350 F. oven 2 minutes per side. Heat Hormel Chili, adding onion, garlic powder, chilies. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over tortillas, then spread thinly on chili mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top, heat 8 minutes in 350 F. oven. Garnish with red onion rings.
